I support folks to slow down and simplify their thoughts. I create space for people to self-soothe and cultivate self-compassion. I support my clients to draw on their own natural gifts and inner resources.

I combine Client-Centered Hypnosis and Emotional Freedom Technique with creative inquiry and expressive arts to offer practical support tailored to your unique being. 

Hypnosis is a relaxed, inwardly focused state of being that allows us to see ourselves with more compassion and experience our lives with greater perspective. In the quiet, comfortable space of hypnosis we have greater access to the wisdom of our whole being.

Emotional Freedom Technique (also known as EFT or tapping) allows us to sooth our nervous system and generate a sense of safety and containment within. EFT invites us to face ourselves honestly and hold ourselves with acceptance.

$135 per 60-minute session. Sessions are held on the phone or over secure video session.

Embrace Yourself: Introduction to Emotional Freedom Technique

Emotional Freedom Technique (often referred to as tapping) is a self-soothing tool that engages the body, mind, and heart. It is composed of three parts: tapping on acupuncture points, giving voice to a specific challenge, and holding yourself with compassion. In this workshop, I will teach you to use EFT to reduce overwhelm, worry, fear, and critical thoughts. The EFT process can support you to ease tension and stress around your experience, often softening resistance and increasing clarity. This simple and potent practice allows you to face difficult feelings and challenging experiences with greater confidence as you practice accepting yourself exactly as you are.


Self-Soothing Skills Workshop

Self-soothing is the ability to offer ourselves kindness, comfort and compassion. It allows us to manage distress, overwhelming emotions, difficult memories, and challenging life situations with greater ease and confidence. Self-soothing supports us to feel more comfortable in our own skin.
It teaches us to look within rather than reach for something outside ourselves to feel better.


Self-Compassion As A Practice

Self-compassion as a practice can create a foundation of compassion within us that we can return to again and again.
