Folks come to see me when they are overwhelmed with stress, critical thoughts, perfectionism, or worry. When they are feeling disconnected from themselves, stuck, or facing a big decision. I support people who want to soften their self-criticism and cultivate self-compassion and those who want to deepen their connection with themselves.

I combine Client-Centered Hypnosis, Emotional Freedom Technique, and Reiki with creative inquiry, guided meditation, and expressive arts to offer practical support tailored to your unique being. 

Hypnosis is a relaxed, inwardly focused state of being that allows us to see ourselves with more compassion and experience our lives with greater perspective. In the quiet, comfortable space of hypnosis we have greater access to the wisdom of our whole being.

Emotional Freedom Technique (also known as EFT or tapping) allows us to slow down, sooth our nervous system, and disengage from our thoughts. Tapping invites us to face ourselves honestly and hold ourselves with acceptance.

$135 per 60-minute session.
Sessions are held on the phone or over video session.

Self-Soothing Skills Workshop Series

Self-soothing is the ability to offer ourselves kindness, comfort and compassion. It allows us to manage distress, overwhelming emotions, difficult memories, and challenging life situations with greater ease and confidence. Self-soothing supports us to feel more comfortable in our own skin.
It teaches us to look within rather than reach for something outside ourselves to feel better.
