I support folks to slow down and simplify their thoughts. I create space for people to self-soothe and cultivate self-compassion. I support my clients to draw on their own natural gifts and inner resources.
I combine Client-Centered Hypnosis and Emotional Freedom Technique along with creative inquiry and expressive arts to offer you practical support tailored to your unique being.
Hypnosis is a relaxed, inwardly focused state of being that allows us to see ourselves with more compassion and our lives with greater perspective.
In the quiet, comfortable space of hypnosis we have greater access to the wisdom of our whole being.
Emotional Freedom Technique, also known as EFT or tapping, allows us to sooth our nervous system and generate a sense of safety and containment within. EFT invites us to face ourselves honestly and hold ourselves with acceptance.
$135 per 60-minute session. Sessions are held on the phone or over secure video session.

Self-Soothing Skills Workshop
Self-soothing is the ability to offer ourselves kindness, comfort and compassion. It allows us to manage distress, overwhelming emotions, difficult memories, and challenging life situations with greater ease and confidence. Self-soothing supports us to feel more comfortable in our own skin.
It teaches us to look within rather than reach for something outside ourselves to feel better.
Self-Compassion As A Practice
This is a video where I guide you through a process for using Emotional Freedom Technique (or tapping) to practice Self-Compassion.
Self-compassion as a practice can create a foundation of compassion within us that we can return to again and again.
With practice, self-compassion can become a framework within which we live and breathe.
