I combine client-centered hypnosis and emotional freedom technique (EFT or tapping) along with creative inquiry and intuitive counseling to offer you practical support tailored to your unique being.
Hypnosis is a relaxed, inwardly focused state of being that allows us to see ourselves with more compassion and our lives with greater perspective.

Emotional Freedom Technique, also known as EFT or tapping, allows us to sooth our nervous system and generate a sense of safety and containment within. EFT invites us to face ourselves directly and honestly and hold ourselves with acceptance. EFT is an evidence-based modality highly effective for anxiety, phobias, single-event trauma resolution, better sleep, and more.
$135 per 60-minute session. Sessions are held on the phone or over secure video session.
