My name is Carrie Flemming. 

I support people to slow down and cultivate self-compassion. I create space for individuals and groups to relax, simplify their thoughts, and self-soothe
I help folks shift painful thought patterns and change their relationship to stress. I guide my clients in decreasing anxiety and resolving trauma. 

I support my clients to draw on inner resources and natural gifts for greater connection with themselves and deeper satisfaction in their lives.
